Description
Gift card for a Rupe custom hoodie, cut and sewn by hand. When you buy it you receive by email a code worth one 4-color hoodie, to design with our online configurator.
The recipient picks the color of every panel and the size, from XXS to XXL, with a size guide that recommends the right one. The code is valid for 12 months from purchase and the hoodie can be picked up at our workshop or shipped home.
The hoodie: 70% cotton and 30% polyester, brushed on the inside like a fleece: really comfortable and warm. Fully OEKO-TEX® certified. High cuffs and collar, roomy hood, double offset pockets, unisex regular fit.
Timing: after the order our seamstresses sew it in about two weeks in our workshop in Saronno, Italy, and we send photos from the workshop while we make it.

Shipping & returns
Holiday closure. We don't ship from 24 December to 6 January: orders placed in those days ship from 7 January.
Shipping from Saronno. Order by 10:30 on a working day and we ship the same day. To Germany and Austria: Standard (BRT) 3–4 working days, €8.99 · Express (UPS) 2 working days, €15.99. Free standard shipping from €200. Made-to-order pieces are delivered within 15 working days.
Returns and size exchanges. Return within 14 days of delivery, directly from login.rupeclothing.it; return shipping is paid by the customer. To change size, return the item from the portal and place a new order. Manufacturing defect: we cover the exchange, write to support@rupeclothing.it.
